A 2-day hackathon with a 6-person team where everyone was a hackathon first-timer with no app development experience.
Officially called "Feel the Agile! TGiNET Hackathon," held online over two days (October 19–20, 2024) with 26 students nationwide, mostly from technical backgrounds. A company engineer mentored each team, working toward the theme "use technology to realize a smart city." Framed as a beginner-friendly hackathon (many first-timers), with pre-event self-study resources and a Slack channel provided.
Handled every programming-related area solo — choosing the language and framework, ideation, app development, and code management. On the final day, every team pitched their project, with company employees judging and awarding a top team.
