Alongside research, I work as a contract engineer at AI Best Partners Inc., supporting AI adoption for clients. Rather than staying within a fixed "PM" or "engineer" title, I sit in on client meetings and interviews myself, and own everything from articulating the problem through proposal and implementation.

Make it, drink it. Stop by a bar sometimes. Tsujimura Mizuki in between, an unfamiliar city once in a while.

Before I knew it, my shelf had turned into a small bar.

I try out different liqueurs and play around with fruit and aromatics. Every day when I'm into it, a month untouched when I'm not. Whiskey highball tastings and shaken short cocktails are the usual, and lately I've been getting into frozen cocktails with a blender.

Solo on a whim, or exploring somewhere new with friends.

About once a month. I tell the bartender about a drink I liked before, and they suggest what to try next. Discovering a new favorite that way is the fun part.

Reading

Novels over anything else — Mizuki Tsujimura is a favorite.

My favorite is Mizuki Tsujimura's Slow Heights no Kamisama. I like mystery, fantasy, and human-drama stories, and enjoy Kotaro Isaka's style too.

Only picked it up in the last two years, and it's already a habit.

Mostly nearby Asia, with the occasional trip to Europe. I travel domestically about as often. I like finding the shops and people you can only meet at that particular place — at home or abroad.

I work on research that measures and visualizes low-level bottlenecks by cross-referencing CPU microarchitecture characteristics with OS/middleware behavior.
